Terms & Conditions for Compassionate Class Survey Prize Draw 2020
This prize draw is run by the RSPCA. Registered address: Wilberforce Way, Southwater, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 9RS. Charity registered in England & Wales 219099 (the "Promoter¿).
How to enter: The prize draw is free to enter and open to all teachers that participated in the Compassionate Class programme 2019/20 and who completed the feedback survey by the 29th June 2020. Only one entry per teacher is permitted. The prize draw is not open to employees of the RSPCA Education team or their close relatives or friends.
Teachers can enter the prize draw by completing and submitting the Compassionate Class feedback by 28th June 2020. Prizes will be drawn on 3rd July 2020.
Teachers are required to complete all compulsory questions in the feedback survey in order to be entered into the prize draw. It is possible to give feedback anonymously but teacher contact details are required in order for winners to be contacted and supplied with their prize by email. Only feedback forms that provide a correct email address will be entered in the prize draw.
Only one entry per entrant will be accepted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification from the prize draw.
The prizes: There are 5 prizes to be won which will be randomly selected from the entries received. Each prize consists of one £50 Amazon voucher for the teacher plus one year¿s free subscription to the RSPCA¿s Animal action magazine for their class. No cash alternative is available and prizes are non-exchangeable.
Amazon terms and conditions apply to the vouchers and use of the prize is subject to these.
Winners will be randomly selected by the RSPCA on 3rd July 2020. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Details of prize winners (name and county only) are available on request from 3rd July by writing to: RSPCA Prevention & Education, Wilberforce Way, Southwater, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 9RS.
Winners will be notified by the RSPCA within 1 week of the draw date by email. If the RSPCA is unable to contact a selected winner using the email address provided in the feedback survey within 2 weeks of the prize draw, the RSPCA reserves the right to randomly select an alternative winner and award the prize to them.
The feedback provided in the survey will be analysed on an anonymous basis and used to improve the Compassionate Class programme. Any personal contact information supplied in the feedback form will be used solely to inform winners to supply a prize if they win and publicise the winners as described above.
The RSPCA reserves the right to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw at any time if, in the sole discretion of the RSPCA and for whatever reason, it is not capable of being conducted as specified above.
