RSPCA Young Photographer Awards

Entries now open!

Our annual photography competition for young people is open for entries! With seven categories there's something for everyone, including brand new category the Human Impact on Animals, highlighting how man-made problems such as litter, plastics, deforestation, pesticides and polution can imapct the animals around us.

For young photographers aged 18 or under

The competition is open for anyone aged 18 or under, it's free and entries close at 4pm on Friday 17 August.

Photos are judged by a panel of top photographic experts including BBC Springwatch presenter, Chris Packham and finalists are invited to attend a prestigious awards ceremony.

The overall prize is a weekend photography break from Nature’s Images - ‘Deer and Birds of Prey - UK - 2019’ (worth £890), and up to £600 of camera vouchers from Wex Photographic for the category winners.  Winners will also receive a trophy and certificate.

What striking photos of animals can your pupils take with a camera or mobile phone this summer?
