Together, we’ve already reached 10,000 activity completions in 2026!
Every completion across our community hubs and digital offerings represents an opportunity to learn more about animals and put kindness and compassion into action.
Look what you’ve achieved!
From creating wildlife homes and learning to understand pets, to exploring animal welfare issues and taking action in your community, below are just some of the activities completed this year.
And we’re not stopping at 10,000!
There’s still plenty of time to learn, take action, and make a difference for animals this year.

Some of your 2026 achievements

A simple wildlife home created from a log pile.

A bird nest material holder created using natural ingredients.

A pond to provide habitat and water areas for wildlife.

A safe space created for a cat to hide, rest or relax.

A home created for hedgehogs to find a safe place to hibernate.

Capturing and understanding a pet’s behaviour throughout the day.

Litter picking in the community to reduce hazards to wildlife.

Investigating an RSPCA campaign and reflecting on the issue it addresses.
We’ve supported 100 individuals in taking steps that could reduce risks to animals.
In 2025, thanks to the support of our community and partner professionals, we provided targeted resources to 100 children and young people who had harmed animals or were showing harmful behaviours. By working together, we helped guide safer choices — reducing risk and protecting animals for the future.
Increasing aNimal welfare education
National Engagement linked to National data
For our National Education Programmes, we now record postcodes within each county we are working in and match these up to RSPCA reporting data. This approach followed a successful project with our SG Education Hub, which in 2025 found 52% of sessions delivered in the first 6 months were located in the highest reporting areas for cruelty, neglect and abandonment (NCC data).
What does this mean?
By recording our activity data in this way we are able to better report our potential impact, match up to RSPCA reporting records, and even focus in with tailor made activities where issues can be identified. It is another way we are able to channel our resources, respond to key issues and record and map what we are doing and why.

Have you taken action after one of our lessons, activities or community experiences, or maybe discovered something new that surprised or inspired you?
“My class were asked to complete ‘Investigate a RSPCA campaign’ whilst studying from home. Those that completed it received a certificate and were so excited! The other students are now motivated to learn so they can get their own”
“We made a bird feeder after learning about wildlife on RSPCA Education. I love watching the birds come to eat!”
“I completed the ‘Write from an animal’s perspective’ activity and it helped me understand how much an animal’s daily experience depends on humans.”
