You can make the world a better place for animals by volunteering with the RSPCA as part of your Bronze or Silver DofE. Mix and match activities that make a real difference to animals – you could make a home for hedgehogs, campaign for change, or become an advocate for animal welfare. There’s lots more to choose from too – read on to see if this is for you!
There’s so much choice
We’ve created a whole range of volunteering tasks for you. We want you to have fun, be engaged, and learn new skills. We’re flexible too – you can choose by type of activity, level of difficulty, and how long it will take you to complete.

Who can do this?
These activities are for anyone doing their DofE Bronze or Silver Volunteering Section.
Why volunteer with the RSPCA?
We were the very first animal welfare organisation in the world and 200 years later, we’re still the biggest! For two centuries, we’ve been changing laws and making life better for millions of animals. But we can’t make change without people like you. So, why not complete your Volunteering Section and make a real difference to animal welfare at the same time?

If you’re new to DofE, take a look at their website to see how it works. Then as soon as you’re signed up, you can start volunteering to help animals!
