Donate as a gift

Donating as a gift for a Birthday, Wedding Christmas or other occasion is a nice alternative to giving a physical gift to someone - and it makes a difference!

Setting up a donate as a gift fundraising page on JustGiving and sharing the link is very easy too!

Host a charity bake sale

Recruit some keen bakers, set the date, then shout about it. We have cake sale fundraising tools including event posters, event invitations, cake flags and bunting to help get you started. Of course - you'll also need some cakes, but don't worry, we've got you covered.

Need inspiration - check out our fundraising cake bake recipes.

Give it up for animals

We've all got something that we "couldn't live without", so why not put it to the test? Get sponsored to give something up, from chocolate to technology, and set yourself the challenge to give something up for animals. Set up your JustGiving page today.

You could also contribute the money you have saved to your fundraising target. Or if you'd like to give something away, such as an old mobile, stamps or inkjet cartridges, why not visit our recycling page?

Gala event or masquerade ball

Go big! Organise your own gala evening or event such as a masquerade ball. Use our event checklist to help set up your event, promote it and most importantly check if it will bring the pounds in.

Use our tent information card to display key information at your event.

Download our A4 RSPCA logo poster or A3 RSPCA logo poster to display at your event.

You can also contact our events team, who are on hand to help with any questions or extra fundraising materials you may need, or just to help settle those pre-event nerves. Email fundraisers-support@rspca.org.uk

Car boot sale

In need of a declutter? Why not head down to your local car boot sale and turn your old treasures into cash to help vulnerable animals? Search for your local car boot or why not use our charity car boot sale guide to host your own?

Donate as a gift

Fundraise for animals by turning celebrations into donations.

Instead of gift giving for birthdays and other celebrations, donating money as a gift is a fulfilling alternative. Setting up a ‘donate as a gift’ fundraising page on JustGiving makes the process easy! Or donate old gifts and other items, like pre-loved books, games, and DVDs to raise money.

Give it up for animals

Organise your own event, from bake sales to gala events, for a fun way to fundraise.

Plan a bake sale (see our recipe ideas). Host a gala event or masquerade ball with our event checklist, posters and invitation cards. Attend a local car boot sale or host your own. Organise a quiz (find our ready-made quiz questions) or movie night with friends. For more inspiration, browse our monthly fundraising calendar for seasonal and themed ideas, from Easter egg hunts to local craft fairs.

Host an event

Give your support to animals by giving up your guilty pleasures.

Sugar, screen-time and shopping; these are all things you could give up for a day, week or month to raise money. Set up a JustGiving page and get sponsored for your challenge! Working from home? Give away what you’ve saved by donating the cost of your weekly commute. You could also give away items, like old phones or ink cartridges through eBay’s Community Selling – find out more on our recycling page.

Why support the RSPCA?

For over 200 years, we’ve been campaigning for a world where all animals are treated with kindness and compassion.

As the RSPCA receives almost no government funding, we rely on public and corporate support to continue our vital work. The money you raise through fundraising events helps us rescue animals from cruelty and neglect, provide specialist treatments and medications, fund round-the-clock care and keep each animal healthy and happy.
