About this event

Take on the fast and flat Great South Run as part of RSPCA Team Animal! We'll be there to cheer you around the course on event day with our themed cheer station. By raising money for the RSPCA you'll be helping us create a world that's kinder to animals.

Charity places

We have a limited number of Great South Run places available. We would love you to join us as part of Team Animal and raise the vital funds needed to help more animals.

There's a minimum fundraising target of £200, we'll be on hand to support you with ideas and resources to make your fundraising easy and fun! The money raised from this event will help us rescue, rehabilitate and rehome or release more animals when they need us most.

Running with your own place?

  • Digital fundraising pack bursting with ideas to help you reach your target.
  • Facebook group to talk to other RSPCA eventers before the race day and share your experiences.
  • Committed events team on hand to help with your fundraising.
  • A Team Animal Strava group to share your training progress with fellow Team Animal runners.
